These are space only stands with no furniture or walls included. Electricity and Wi-FI access are included in the above prices. Please note that this is the net cost and does not include VAT.

Conditions of Participation *

• I agree to be present ready for trading one hour before the Fair opens
• I accept that all personal and business possessions are brought onto the event site at my own risk
• I agree to meet mass events H&S requirements in place at the time of the event
• I agree to support the organisers of Park Fair Ltd in being an environmentally conscious event
• I agree to send a copy of my Public Liability Insurance to Park Fair in advance of the event and agree to bring a copy to the Fair – THIS IS A COMPLUSARY REQUIREMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO SPOT CHECKS AT THE FAIR
• I give Park Fair Ltd permission to collect my company name, contact details and other information in this form
• I agree to abide by the parking and security regulations in force at the event
• We have paying customers expecting to shop with you until 5.00pm on Sunday. Park Fair reserves the right to issue fines if you begin to breakdown your stand prior to this
• I agree to vacate my stand/space by 8.00pm on the closing day. I will leave it as I found it and remove all rubbish and possessions
• I understand that if I choose to cancel prior or during the event, Park Fair Ltd will be unable to refund any amount. In the event of Park Fair Ltd cancelling the event prior to commencing, a full refund will be offered minus £50 admin fee
• I understand that my stand must be paid in full before being permitted entry to the event
• Our wish is to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for everyone involved in Park Fair. By joining us at the fair we expect you to support this ethos throughout.
