If you sign up to our newsletter, which is managed by the third party, mailchimp, the information you submit in addition to some additional usage date will be stored on the mailchimp server. You will never be contacted by mailchimp directly, unless you have contacted them in regards to your subscription to our newsletter or email service. Any other data or information you provide us, by contacting us will be saved within our email database or CRM system.

We will never share your information with any third party or allow them access to our database (apart from the likes of mailchimp which is necessary for the operations of the company).
