  • Opening Times – Friday 12pm – 8pm, Saturday 10am – 8pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm
  • Tickets – We aim to be an environmentally conscious event so e-tickets are our preference. Please ensure you have a mobile version ready for scanning at the entrance. To ensure easy scanning please turn your phone brightness up. If you prefer to bring a printed copy these will also be accepted.
  • Buy your tickets online to avoid disappointment. Tickets are subject to availability and more expensive on the door. Please note, we do not accept cash
  • Re- entry – You are welcome to leave the event and reenter, please ask for a stamp at the entrance
  • Ticket Issues – If you have any issues with your tickets, please contact our ticket agency, see tickets
  • Carer Tickets – We offer complimentary PA and carer tickets to those accompanying a paying guest. Proof of eligibility is required to issue the carer ticket. Please show one of the following to the team at the entrance; Front page of DLA/PIP letter, Credibility’s access card showing you require +1/+2 to accompany you.
  • Directions – Full directions can be found on our finding us page.
  • Heatwave? Please come prepared, with sun protection, suitable clothing and water to stay hydrated. We will put in place as much provision for shade as possible and have drinking water stations on-site.
  • Dogs – We are a family friendly event and as we understand dogs are part of the family, well behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that they are kept on leads at all times and that you ensure you clear up after them. Please do not leave dogs in your cars.
  • Parking– parking is free on site. Disabled parking is available to those with limited mobility
  • Accessibility – Park Fair is a grass site and such terrain can become muddy and uneven in wet weather. The water can have a big impact on how easy it is to move around the site so please take this into consideration when planning your day
  • Accessible Loos – are located within the loo area
  • Activity Bookings – While some activities are complimentary others and are first come first served, others must be booked in advance. All the bookable activities and treatments will be updated here.
  • Food & Drink – No food & drink should be brought into Park Fair with the exception of baby and toddler snacks and food. We have a huge line up of some of the finest food vendors and bars selling a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Challenge 25 is in operation throughout the event.
  • Drinking Water – There will be a supply of drinking water available. Bring your own bottles for refilling and stay hydrated!
  • What to bring – We are a country event, located within the park land of the estate. Whilst we hope for beautiful English summer, we highly advise coming prepared for all weathers, with sensible footwear and clothing. Umbrellas are advisable as protection from the sun or rain. Do also bring blankets and chairs as you wish for outside lounging.
  • Card machines – You will be able to pay by card for purchases at the fair.
  • Photography – There will be a professional photographer and videographer on site – if you do not want to feature please contact a member of the Park Fair Team
  • Trees – Veteran and ancient trees can drop branches suddenly and without warning. We have signage in place at the fair but request that both children & adults keep a sensible distance from trees on the estate, due to potential danger.
  • Attendee Data – We may collect your data from the information provided on our website, we may also share your information with our sponsors
