We hope this helps to answer all of your questions ahead of the Fair but if not please contact us.

  • Opening Times – Thursday 6.00 – 9.30pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10.00 – 5.00pm
  • Dogs – We are a family friendly event and as we understand dogs are part of the family, well behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that they are kept on leads at all times and that you ensure you clear up after them.
  • Child Tickets – Ticket prices vary on age; under 2’s go free, under 5’s £5 per ticket, 5-18 years, £14 per ticket. Don’t forget that all tickets include unlimited fair ground rides.
  • VIP Lounge – This space is for over 18 year olds only with the exception of babes in arms.
  • Activity Bookings – All of our activities, workshops & happenings are complimentary and do not need to be booked in advance. Spaces are however limited so arrive in good time to avoid disappointment. The one exception are the beauty treatments with lucieApp which need to be booked and paid for.   • Tickets – We aim to be an environmentally conscious event so e-tickets are our preference. Please ensure you have a mobile version ready for scanning at the entrance. To ensure easy scanning please turn your phone brightness up. If you prefer to bring a printed copy these will also be accepted.
  • Food & Drink – All food onsite will be provided by Quince & Clover. There will also be several bar options serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We kindly ask that you do not bring your own food & drink into the fair, with the exception to baby food.
  • Drinking Water – There will be a supply of drinking water available. Bring your own bottles for refilling.
  • What to bring – We are a country event, located within the park land of the estate. Whilst we hope for beautiful English summer we highly advise coming prepared for all weathers, with sensible footwear and clothing. Umbrellas are advisable just in case as are parasols. Do also bring blankets and chairs as you wish for outside lounging.
  • Card machines – You will be able to pay by card for purchases at the fair. Cash will also be accepted.
  • Photography – There will be a professional photographer and videographer on site – if you do not want to feature please contact a member of the Park Fair Team
  • Directions – Park Fair is located at The Great Tew Estate, Ledwell Road, Oxfordshire, OX7 4AF. The entrance can be found opposite the drive to Soho Farmhouse. Follow signs to Great Tew and look out for our signs or use what3words – peach.welcome.shirts (https://w3w.co/peach.welcome.shirts). Alternatively you can use the general directions below…

From Oxford – Follow the A44 via Woodstock. When you reach Enstone turn right onto the B4022.

From Banbury (and the Midlands)  Take the A361 South towards Chipping Norton.  Just before you reach Swerford turn left on to the B4022 heading towards Enstone and The Tews.

From the West – Head to Chipping Norton on the A44 or A361. In Chipping Norton turn right onto the A44 towards Oxford. At Enstone turn left onto the B4022 towards The Tews.

From the South-West – Head towards Burford on the A40 or A361. From Burford follow the A361 North to Chipping Norton. In Chipping Norton turn right onto the A44 towards Oxford. At Enstone turn left onto the B4022 towards The Tews.

By Train – Park Fair is approximately 30 minutes drive from Banbury Station (serviced by Chiltern Railways), approximately 12 minutes from Charlbury Station & 20 minutes from Kingham Station (both serviced by Great Western Railways from London Paddington).
